Hurricane ADVISORY NUMBER 8
NWS #WIKI-HURRICANES/HURRICANE CENTER WIKI AL182010
1030 AM EDT TUE OCT 12 2010

Paula continues to strengthen. Paula has formed a strong outflow to it's north, and shows only minimal signs of shear. Despite it's strength, Paula has not formed an eye yet. Paula's intensity is again only from Dvorak estimates, and the National Hurricane Center. Paula is expected to continue its northwesterly track before just sliding past northern Belieze, or Cancun, Mexico. It should begin to turn away as it readies for a landfall in Cuba. Shear from the southeast should begin to affect Paula near the end of the forecast period.
